The purpose of this Standard Operating Procedure for Sample Handling is to maintain samples in suitable environment condition received in PQCB office, to ensure the safeties of samples and manage the documents and records in the effective and controlled manner.
Moreover, Confidentiality, Integrity & Availability of Records is ensured.
Scope:
- This procedure is applicable to sample section of Analysis & Evaluation wing of Provincial Quality Control Board (PQCB), under the scope of integrated management system, which may directly or indirectly involve in providing services to the public or other businesses.

- a. For the proper implementation of this Standard Operating Procedure.
- b. Ensuring confidentiality & security of sample and sensitive information, documents and records.
