• The Procedure for Scrutiny of Cases provides guidance to the staff on how a cases file is scrutinized and prepared for placing in the Board Meeting. This SOP sets a criterion on which every case file is judged and it is determined that whether the case is healthy for placing in Board meeting or not.

Scope:

• This procedure is applicable to the A&E and Regulatory wings of Provincial Quality Control Board (PQCB), under the scope of integrated management system, which may directly or indirectly involve in providing services to the public or other Interest parties.

Responsibilities

Secretary PQCB

1. Secretary PQCB will be the final deciding authority for placing a case in Board meeting
2. Secretary PQCB will review and approve showcause/ Personal hearing Notice, Agenda, Minutes and orders of the meeting.

Wings Incharge are responsible for:

1. Wings Incharge are responsible review of showcause/ Personal hearing Notice, Agenda, Minutes and orders of the meeting.
2. Wings Incharge are responsible for the proper implementation of this SOP.
3. Ensuring confidentiality & security of sensitive information, documents and records.
