DDC OF Planning & Research Wings is responsible for following activities:
- Verify the P/R. No. to failed DTL Reports
- Maintain the monthly progress of Drug Courts and DTL

- Supervise the analysis process of failed reports of DTL on the basis of manufacturer, dosage form & reasons for failure

Suggest the Board ways and need of quality control and improve it on the basis of trend
analysis of DTL, and DQCB data
- Recommend/ devise ways by which PQCB can improve its working

Working in collaboration with training/ capacity building team, evaluate the need of
internal or external trainings for PQCB employs, Drug inspectors, Secretary DQCB and
other interest parties
- Monitor routine activities of his wing
- Prepare and review annual report of PQCB performance
Pharmacist of Planning and Research Wing is responsible to:
- Assign P/R. No. to failed DTL Reports
- Intimate the Drug Inspector about failed reports of DTL
- Maintain and update the monthly progress of Drug Courts and DTL

Working in collaboration with training team, evaluate the need for internal or external
trainings for PQCB employs, Drug inspectors, Secretary DQCB and other interest parties
- Plan and conduct ongoing trainings/ capacity building programs

Engage the students of pharmacy and analytical fields in order to conduct research
activities in various fields pertaining to pharmaceutical analysis
- Prepare annual report on PQCB performance
- Perform any other task assigned by Senior Management
